About our client
International company focused in cutting edge technology to create solutions for secure authentication, authorization and information exchange. This solutions are used to provide digital trust for the government, healthcare sector and private companies all over the world.

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for advanced product-related issues.
  • Escalate unresolved incidents to internal departments following standard procedures.
  • Monitor cloud platforms and proactively address system issues.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent technical support and communication.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Experience with service and application support tools.
  • Familiarity with ITSM applications and ITIL-based support processes.
  • Proficiency with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket)

Desirable skills

  • Knowledge of networking, cloud platforms (particularly Azure), and cybersecurity.
  • Experience working in Linux and Windows server environments.
  • Familiarity with SQL and scripting.
  • Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Kibana).
  • Understanding of Kubernetes clusters.
  • Experience deploying microservices with Helm charts.
