What you'll do:

• As a Senior Embedded Software Tech Lead, you will play a pivotal role in our software engineering team. Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical leadership.
• You'll oversee the Software Development Life Cycle, from requirements gathering to design, implementation, testing, and documentation within an agile environment.
• Take the technical lead and motivate a team of embedded software engineers
• Drive agile activities and ensure seamless collaboration across the organization
• Develop advanced Satcom systems for aircraft by taking an active part of the development activities
• Integrate technology with hardware and software components, focusing on functionality, safety, and security
• Work in a regulated environment, ensuring adherence to high-quality processes and documentation
• Provide technical support to our customers

• 10+ years of experience in embedded software development
• Experience in technical leadership
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven ability to lead and motivate technical teams, including experience in project coordination
• Strong advocate for best practices in software development
• Ability to design and develop technical solutions aligned with customer requirements
• Collaborative team player with a proactive and independent work approach
• Strong analytical skills with experience in embedded platform development using C and/or C++
• Advanced English proficiency (minimum requirement)
