Sales Assistant

Have you ever dreamed of a career in sales but didn’t know where to start? This is your stepping stone.

If you want to develop skills that could lead to becoming an Account Executive, or even a Head of Sales, this is a great first step. You’ll gain real-world experience in a supportive environment while learning the fundamentals of sales.

At Povio, we’re looking for a proactive student that will help us find and connect with new clients. You’ll research potential leads, craft outreach messages, and start conversations with decision-makers.

You don’t need prior sales experience - just the right mindset and a willingness to learn.

  • You have a natural feel for business.
  • You’re fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • You’re comfortable using spreadsheets and tools to stay organized.
  • You have strong written communication skills and can craft engaging messages.
  • You're interested in tech trends and enjoy learning how digital products are created.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and research potential clients to expand our database.
  • Keep contact database organized and up to date.
  • Find key decision-makers and track industry trends to spot new opportunities.
  • Craft and send personalized messages via email and LinkedIn.
  • Start conversations and build relationships with potential clients.
  • Experiment with different messaging styles to improve response rates.
  • Update and manage CRM with lead interactions and progress.
  • Support the team with various sales-related tasks.
