Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Small Ticket Credit & Portfolio teams, including hiring, performance reviews, and development
• Oversee credit origination scorecard and approval authorization levels, while developing department policies and procedures
• Collaborate with various teams to resolve delinquency issues and develop portfolio reports to monitor exposures and trends

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
• Typically 5+ years of relevant experience
