Policy Expert

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Policy Expert to drive global policy change for migrant and refugee inclusion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution of flagship initiatives related to migration and economic inclusion
• Conduct research and policy analysis to inform advocacy efforts and develop policy products
• Build relationships with mayors, city officials, and national governments to enhance advocacy and collaboration

Required Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in international policy, diplomacy, and advocacy, particularly in migration and refugee policy
• Post-graduate degree in migration or refugee studies, public administration, economics, international development, or a related field
• Proven relationship-building and networking skills within the multilateral space
• Experience representing organizations in high-level forums and governance platforms
• Fluency in English required; fluency in Spanish strongly preferred
