Legal Intern - Summer 2025

We're hiring a Legal Intern for the Summer of 2025!

The Role:

As a Summer Legal Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our in-house legal teams. This internship provides hands-on experience in corporate law, data privacy, legal documentation, and administrative legal support. You will assist with updating corporate books, reviewing and organizing legal documents, and providing general support to the legal team. This is a great opportunity to gain practical legal experience in a corporate setting while working on real-world legal projects.

The Details:

This will be a 12-week paid internship from 5/14/25 – 8/1/25. You will be a full-time intern during this period and will be expected to work standard business hours on-site at our Scottsdale, AZ location.

Areas of Legal You Will Partner With:

• Corporate Governance: Assist in updating corporate books and maintaining corporate records.
• Legal Documentation: Support the drafting, review, and organization of legal agreements and documents.
• Data Privacy & Compliance: Assist in researching and ensuring compliance with data privacy laws and internal policies.
• Administrative Legal Support: Provide administrative support to the legal team, including filing, organizing legal materials, and document management.
• Research & Analysis: Conduct legal research on various corporate and regulatory matters.

Performance-Based Qualifications:

• Education: Currently Matriculating student at University/College studying Pre-Law, Law, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and review legal documents with accuracy.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively work with legal teams and stakeholders.
• Confidentiality & Professionalism: Ability to handle sensitive legal documents and maintain confidentiality.
• Administrative & Organizational Abilities: Experience with document management systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
