Platform Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Platform Operations Specialist to manage and maintain their payments gateway and support various business units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support infrastructure and application engineering teams with deployments, troubleshooting, and change controls
• Manage and maintain multiple AWS environments and Azure PaaS services
• Identify and implement improvements in existing operational processes and procedures

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 4+ years of relevant experience in infrastructure automation, cloud operations, or DevOps engineering
• Experience supporting AWS and/or Azure environments in a production setting
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and scripting
