Pipeline Talent is seeking a results-driven Marketing Consultant with experience in the staffing industry to join our team on a 3 month contract. In this role, you will provide expert guidance and strategic insights to strengthen our marketing initiatives, enhance brand visibility, and drive engagement within the recruitment space. You will work closely with our internal teams to evaluate current marketing strategies, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop actionable plans tailored to the staffing industry.

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate existing marketing strategies for staffing and recruitment and recommend improvements.
- Develop targeted marketing plans aligned with the unique needs of staffing agencies.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement and optimize marketing strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide insights for ongoing optimization.
- Stay updated on industry trends, marketing technologies, and best practices in recruitment marketing.
- Present findings, strategies, and progress reports to key stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Consultant, preferably within the staffing or recruitment industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven marketing decisions.
- Expertise in marketing strategies relevant to staffing agencies, including employer branding, lead generation, and audience engagement.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, branding, and CRM tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to advise on marketing initiatives.
