Content Editor

Pipeline Talent is looking for a detail oriented and organized Content Editor/ Data Entry Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining data across various platforms to support our operations. Your work will ensure that our databases are up to date and reliable, contributing to the overall efficiency of our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in databases and software systems.
• Review data for errors or deficiencies and perform necessary corrections.
• Generate reports and summaries based on data as required by management.
• Ensure data integrity and confidentiality throughout all data management processes.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and accuracy across platforms.
• Assist in developing data entry procedures to improve efficiency.
• Perform regular backups and updates to data management systems.

• Familiarity with AI tools
• Fluent in English.
• Proven experience in data entry or content editor.
• Ability to work night shifts.
• Strong typing skills with a high degree of accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and google sheets.
• Familiarity with database management and data entry software.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
