Senior Fullstack Developer

Location: Remote

Required Clearance: NACI background check

Required Certifications: Must have Agile/SAFe, and other related developer certifications and or demonstrate equivalent experience. Must have substantial experience with AI-assisted programming tools, including but not limited to GitHub Copilot, Gemini, or other AI tools approved by the Department of Labor (DOL).

Required Education:  BA/BS and have (7) plus years (with a minimum of 5 years of experience in DRUPAL) of hands-on full stack experience as team lead supporting architects, leading teams, and developing solutions using agile/SAFe methodologies preferably in federal space

Position Description:  

PingWind is seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Fullstack Developer is responsible for leading and participating in all aspects of the software development lifecycle. This role involves designing scalable and efficient software solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:

Typical Responsibilities/Tasks:

• Possesses extensive experience leading/contributing to design, development, and administration on technologies such as DRUPAL platform projects from end to end including identifying and using OOTB marketplace plugins rather than develop code. 

• Works closely with Product Owner, IT Federal Project Manager (FPM), and Federal Technical and other stakeholders to fully understand the functional and technical requirements in case management. 

• Works with Business Analysts, SME’s, system owners, customers and end-users to understand their mission, current architecture, security requirements and deliverables. 

• Designs and develops the system to set the standard for future development, craft an architecture that smoothly works with existing infrastructure without compromising security.

• Demonstrate experience identifying marketplace plugins and/or designing/developing custom connectors as needed.

• Demonstrates experience designing, implementing, and integrating DRUPAL with federal systems (on-premises, cloud). 

• Demonstrates experience delivering DRUPAL solutions that comply with all federal standards such as security, section 508. 

• Demonstrates experience utilizing Webform Module in DRUPAL.

• Demonstrate proficiency in artificial intelligence (AI) coding tools.

• Specifically, applicants must have substantial experience with AI-assisted programming tools, including but not limited to GitHub Copilot, Gemini, or other AI tools approved by the Department of Labor (DOL). 

Desired Qualifications

• Drupal/Acquia Certification preferred.
