Pharmacy Licensed Product Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Product Director - Home Infusion Therapy Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead market research and capture customer insights to guide the product roadmap
• Design and implement client-specific drug pricing strategies in collaboration with Network and Account Management teams
• Support the Sales Team in showcasing Infusion Therapy Solutions to prospective clients

Required Qualifications

• Pharmacy Credentials: PharmD or active Registered Pharmacist (RPh) license strongly preferred
• Demonstrated expertise in the healthcare sector, particularly in Infusion Therapy
• Proven success in leading product initiatives with strong organizational and analytical skills
• Background in change management, solution delivery, and financial/business planning
• Experience in a consulting environment is appreciated but not required
