We are looking for a talented and creative Salesforce professional to help us to deliver best in class processes and solutions, based on the Salesforce platform.


This will be a hybrid role building on Salesforce as part of the team supporting Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud & Marketing Cloud but also developing functionality to integrate with existing market leading Azure cloud applications. 


Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for working on all technical aspects of Salesforce.com, including data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, 3rd party applications, AppExchange products, and custom code 
  • Responsible for developing in Visualforce, Apex, LWC and other technologies to build customized solutions that support business requirements 
  • Utilising industry best practices including integration and application development, deployment, testing (unit and systems), and iterative refinement 
  • Seek out ways to utilise SFDC to improve processes and productivity and make recommendations to support the organization. 


Skills & Experience Required
  • Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science related subject or equivalent business experience. 
  • ADM201 / other Salesforce certification and/or relevant Trailhead track record 
  • Certified Salesforce.com development experience (i.e. Platform Developer 1) 
  • More than 2 years of Salesforce Developer experience 
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce organisation administration and declarative development 
  • Good command of SOQL 
  • Solid understanding and comprehensive experience implementing the Salesforce.com architecture, APIs and Processes
  • Experience working with complex Flows and custom solutions
  • Experience with Lightning Web Component(LWC) framework, writing Visualforce and Apex classes, test classes, suites and Apex triggers 
  • Experience integrating Salesforce.com with other applications via real-time, batch, sync/async (scripted data loader, web services, cloud middleware) and platform events.  
  • Experience with Marketing Cloud Data extensions and Journey builder
  • Proficiency in using SQL for Marketing Cloud Data Extensions
  • Experience with agile software development lifecycle
  • Significant experience in building in Experience Cloud.
  • Release Management exposure in past roles, useful to have experience using Copado
  • Property / Conveyancing industry background would be highly desirable
  • Able to work in a team and produce quality output under tight deadlines 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail


£50,000 - £60,000 a year
