Key Responsibilities:

• Execute the talent acquisition strategy to attract and retain top talent.
• Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
• Work closely with hiring managers to define staffing needs and create compelling job descriptions.
• Leverage various recruitment tools and platforms to improve hiring efficiency.
• Foster strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with an emphasis on ATS use and mass hiring.
• Proven fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport with various stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
