Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead performance-driven paid media strategies that deliver business outcomes
• Leverage core media platforms to plan, buy, and optimize campaigns
• Build strong client relationships and provide strategic guidance at both the channel and business levels

Required Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in performance media, ideally at a media agency or brand
• Proven track record of managing 4- to 7-figure media budgets with accountability to ROI and sales outcomes
• Previous management experience of direct reports and cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated success using platforms and technology to execute and optimize paid media
• Comfort in sales environments, including crafting proposals and presenting strategies
