Performance Engineer II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Performance Engineer II who conducts quality control tests and analysis to ensure software meets standards and monitors production system performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborates with engineers to develop testing and monitoring approaches
• Designs, scripts, configures, and runs performance tests for software applications and infrastructure
• Diagnoses and manages performance issues to resolution while providing assessments of application performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• Three years of experience as a Performance Engineer or related role with high-traffic systems
• One year of experience in software application development or test automation
• Familiarity with cloud DevOps (Kubernetes) and SQL, C, C++, C#, or Java programming
• Experience with monitoring tools and load testing tools such as Splunk and LoadRunner
