Work Arrangement: Remote
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (Flexible based on campaign needs)

Job Type: Full-time

Holiday Adherence: US Holidays

PTO Entitlement: Standard PTO policy as per company guidelines

Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will drive the company’s brand presence, demand generation, and customer engagement through a mix of strategic planning, digital marketing, and traditional advertising. This role requires a results-driven marketer who excels in brand positioning, lead generation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy

  • Create and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Oversee branding initiatives to ensure consistency across all channels.
  • Position Wireless Support as an industry leader in wireless communication.

Drive Demand Generation & Lead Acquisition

  • Design and execute digital marketing campaigns using SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
  • Track and optimize marketing funnels to improve customer acquisition.
  • Manage paid advertising and lead-generation efforts across digital platforms.

Oversee Content, Social Media & Partnerships

  • Develop compelling marketing content, including blogs, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
  • Manage social media presence, paid campaigns, and audience engagement.
  • Collaborate with partners, vendors, and external agencies for co-marketing opportunities.

Measure Performance & Optimize Marketing Efforts

  • Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance and marketing ROI.
  • Provide insights and reports for continuous improvement.
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement data-driven optimizations.

Must-Haves:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with a track record of successful campaign execution.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, and digital advertising.
  • Experience managing budgets and optimizing marketing spend for ROI.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in B2B marketing, particularly in telecom, mobility, or technology sectors.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
