Payment Risk Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Payment Risk and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement payment risk management strategies to ensure secure fund flow
• Manage daily operations of KYC/KYB and Payment Operations teams, addressing fraud and operational issues
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve payment disputes and recover funds from delinquent accounts

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in payment risks/operations or fraud management
• Experience working with payment service providers (PSPs) and knowledge of the payment industry
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams of 10 or more
• Strong commitment to customer and team support, especially during critical situations
• Knowledge of the travel industry is a plus, but not required
