Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payment Posting and Accounts Receivable Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and accurately post insurance and patient payments, ensuring compliance with company policies
• Resolve auto-posted ERA errors and assist with month-end reconciliation processes
• Provide Accounts Receivable support, including research on outstanding insurance claims and billing problem resolution

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of payment posting processes, adjustments, write-offs, and refunds
• Familiarity with medical billing, payer policies, and medical terminology
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications
• Ten-key proficiency with speed and accuracy
• Prior medical billing or accounts receivable experience preferred
