In this role, you will assist our Slovak-speaking clients with their technical inquiries, ensuring they enjoy a seamless experience with our innovative IT solutions and services.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding technical support to Slovak-speaking customers through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of IT-related inquiries and technical issues efficiently.
• Educate clients on how to effectively use our products and services to maximize their benefits.
• Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records for quality assurance purposes.
• Work collaboratively with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues as needed.
• Keep customers informed about new features, updates, and best practices to enhance their overall experience.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on product offerings and industry developments.

• Fluency in Slovak and a good command of English are required.
• Prior experience in IT support or customer service roles is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical inquiries effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on delivering superior customer service.
• Familiarity with IT systems, applications, and helpdesk tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while also functioning well in a team.
• Willingness to adapt to flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
