Responsibilities

• Offer excellent technical support to Italian-speaking clients through various communication channels (phone, email, and chat).
• Quickly diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Guide clients in utilizing our digital platforms effectively.
• Maintain accurate logs of client interactions, including issues and solutions provided.
• Work collaboratively with the support team to share knowledge and enhance service quality.
• Keep updated with product innovations and technical enhancements to assist clients accurately.
• Engage in ongoing training to continuously improve your technical skills and service capabilities.

• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in technical support or customer service is preferred.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a detail-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication abilities, particularly in explaining technical concepts.
• Familiarity with digital platforms and online troubleshooting practices.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a remote team.
• A proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
