Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality technical support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose and resolve a variety of IT-related inquiries efficiently and professionally.
• Guide clients in utilizing our IT products and services effectively to maximize their benefits.
• Document customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records in the support system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues where necessary.
• Inform customers about new features, updates, and best practices to improve their engagement.
• Stay updated on company products and broader IT developments through continuous training.

• Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English are essential.
• Previous experience in IT support or customer service is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Familiarity with IT applications, systems, and helpdesk tools is a plus.
