Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer support to Italian-speaking clients through various channels such as phone, email, and chat.
• Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to improve customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and enhance service delivery.
• Accurately document all client interactions in our CRM system for effective follow-up.
• Assist clients in navigating our services and support them during their onboarding process.
• Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their overall experience.
• Engage in ongoing training sessions to remain informed about our products and customer support strategies.

• Fluency in Italian and English is essential.
• Prior experience in customer support or a client-facing role is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a remote environment.
• Experience with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus.
• A proactive attitude and a genuine desire to assist clients are crucial for success in this role.
