Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service desk support to Dutch-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
• Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting IT-related issues effectively.
• Ensure high client satisfaction by delivering prompt and accurate responses.
• Document all client interactions and solutions in the ticketing system.
• Guide clients through hardware and software installations and configurations.
• Collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve more complex technical problems.
• Educate clients on best practices and product features to enhance their user experience.

• Fluency in Dutch and a strong command of English.
• Previous experience in a service desk or technical support role is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work well independently in a remote environment and as part of a supportive team.
• Familiarity with operating systems, software applications, and support tools.
• Experience in sectors such as technology or e-commerce is a plus.
