Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for Czech-speaking customers, managing their inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
  • Communicate with customers through various channels such as phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely responses.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information.
  • Efficiently resolve customer issues to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to relay customer feedback and support the ongoing improvement of services.
  • Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure continued satisfaction and to gather insightful feedback.
  • Analyze customer interactions and prepare reports to identify trends and opportunities for service enhancement.
  • Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to multitask and perform effectively in a remote working environment.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A genuine interest in online media and awareness of industry trends.
