Responsibilities

• Provide enthusiastic support to Portuguese-speaking clients in planning their travel, crafting tailored itineraries that suit their desires.
• Manage bookings for flights, hotels, and activities while offering solid travel advice to enhance customer experience.
• Address and resolve any travel-related inquiries or issues promptly to ensure an outstanding client experience.
• Keep informed about current travel trends, destination highlights, and the latest offerings in the travel industry.
• Communicate effectively with clients through various channels to maintain high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
• Document client preferences and maintain accurate records of interactions and bookings in the agency's system.
• Collaborate with team members remotely to deliver excellent customer service and share ideas to improve the client experience.

• Fluency in Portuguese (spoken and written) is crucial.
• Previous experience in customer service or travel is advantageous but not required, as this position is entry-level.
• Exceptional communication skills and a positive, customer-centric attitude.
• Strong organizational capabilities with the ability to manage multiple client requests efficiently.
• A genuine interest in travel, with a willingness to learn about various destinations and services.
