Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat to Nordic-speaking clients.
• Assist with inquiries related to subscription services, including account management and billing issues.
• Resolve customer complaints effectively and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Educate customers on our services and assist them in maximizing their subscription benefits.
• Document customer interactions accurately to help improve service delivery.
• Collaborate with a diverse team to enhance customer satisfaction and service efficiency.

• Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a dedication to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Familiarity with customer service software is a plus.
