Responsibilities

• Engage with clients in Nordic languages to understand their ticketing and event management needs.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices for using online ticketing platforms to ensure successful events.
• Analyze client requirements and deliver customized solutions to meet their event goals.
• Facilitate training sessions and ongoing support for clients on ticketing systems and processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine service offerings based on client feedback and industry developments.
• Stay informed about the latest trends in online ticketing and event management.

• Fluency in Nordic languages (such as Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Strong understanding of online ticketing systems and event management best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in customer service, consulting, or event management is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret client needs and feedback effectively.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
