Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to the ride-sharing app, addressing any concerns or issues.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and efficiently, ensuring complete satisfaction.
• Guide users through the features of the app and help them understand how to maximize their experience.
• Document customer interactions accurately to help improve service delivery.
• Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer experience and service efficiency.

• Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
• Proven problem-solving abilities with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• A proactive and positive attitude, capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Familiarity with customer service software and ride-sharing apps is a plus.
