Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
• Assist customers with their inquiries related to our online marketplace, products, and services.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, maintaining a positive attitude.
• Guide customers through the online platform to enhance their user experience.
• Document customer interactions accurately for quality assurance purposes.
• Collaborate with team members to identify trends and improve service delivery.

• Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced online environment and adapt to changes.
• Positive attitude and a team-oriented approach to work.
• Experience with customer service software is a plus.
