German Speaking Customer Support for Mobile Banking Services Department

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat in German for mobile banking services.
• Assist customers with inquiries about mobile banking features, functionalities, and issues.
• Effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by customers.
• Educate clients on best practices for using mobile banking safely and efficiently.
• Document customer interactions and maintain records for quality assurance.
• Collaborate with technical teams to address and resolve customer concerns and feedback.

• Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is required.
• Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Technical aptitude to troubleshoot mobile banking applications and services.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Familiarity with mobile banking technologies and customer service software is a plus.
