French Speaking Customer Support for Transportation Services Department

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat in French.
• Assist clients with inquiries regarding transportation services and logistics.
• Efficiently manage and resolve customer complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Educate customers on service offerings and facilitate smooth transactions.
• Document customer interactions accurately for quality control purposes.
• Work collaboratively with team members to improve service delivery and enhance the customer experience.

• Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple inquiries.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Familiarity with customer service software is a plus.
