Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support primarily through phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
• Assist clients with inquiries and issues related to transportation services.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively.
• Offer detailed information about services and guide customers through processes.
• Document customer interactions accurately to maintain quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to continually improve customer service delivery.

• Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented and dynamic environment.
• Willingness to learn about transportation services and related systems.
• Familiarity with customer service software is a plus.
