Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat for home entertainment systems.
• Assist customers with technical inquiries and troubleshooting issues.
• Guide customers in selecting the right products according to their needs.
• Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and efficiency.
• Stay updated on home entertainment products and services to provide accurate information.

• Fluency in Czech (both spoken and written) is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or technical support roles is preferred.
• Interest in home entertainment systems and technology.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with customer service software and tools is a plus.
