Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, and chat in Czech.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding home appliances, helping them make informed decisions.
• Efficiently resolve customer complaints and issues related to products and services.
• Educate customers about product features, usage, and maintenance tips.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions for quality assurance.
• Work closely with team members to continuously improve customer satisfaction.

• Fluency in Czech (both spoken and written) is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
• Problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering quality customer service.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of home appliances is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with customer service software is an advantage.
