Responsibilities

• Offer exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat support to Czech-speaking clients.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to fashion products, pricing, and order status.
• Efficiently process returns, exchanges, and other customer service requests.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
• Collaborate with the fashion team to stay updated on product offerings and promotions.
• Address customer complaints with professionalism and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.

• Fluency in Czech (both spoken and written) is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, especially within the fashion or retail sector, is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with fashion trends and a genuine interest in apparel is an advantage.
• Proficient in using technology and customer service platforms.
