Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional IT support to Italian-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve various hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Document customer interactions thoroughly and maintain detailed records of support activities.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure comprehensive resolution of customer inquiries.
• Engage in training programs to enhance both technical skills and product knowledge.
• Contribute to a positive customer experience with diligent follow-up and support.

• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• No prior experience required; we welcome inspired entry-level candidates.
• Strong interest in technology and basic troubleshooting capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A self-starter who is comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of computer systems, hardware, and software is a plus.
