Spanish Speaking Customer Service for Home Improvement & DIY Tools Department

Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative in the Home Improvement & DIY Tools Department. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about home improvement and enjoy helping customers find the right tools and solutions for their projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, assisting with inquiries about home improvement and DIY tools.
• Guide customers in selecting appropriate tools and solutions based on their specific needs and projects.
• Process orders, handle returns, and resolve customer complaints effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of the latest products, promotions, and DIY trends to provide accurate and helpful information.
• Document all customer interactions and feedback, contributing to continuous service improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with the sales team to address complex inquiries and support marketing efforts.
• Assist in troubleshooting product-related issues and liaise with technical teams when necessary.

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the retail or home improvement sector, is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer support.
• Familiarity with home improvement tools and DIY projects is a plus.
• Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
