Nordic Speaking Customer Support for Virtual Assistant Department

We are currently seeking a Nordic Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Virtual Assistant Department. This role is perfect for those who are passionate about providing excellent customer service and supporting our Nordic-speaking clients with their virtual assistance needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support to Nordic-speaking clients regarding virtual assistant services through phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to service offerings, scheduling, and account management.
• Effectively address and resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions accurately, and follow up on outstanding queries in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and meet client expectations.
• Keep clients informed about service updates, new features, and best practices for utilizing virtual assistance.
• Gather feedback from clients to support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, ideally in virtual assistant or related services.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
