This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing top-notch support and have a keen interest in assisting clients in managing their virtual needs effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients seeking virtual assistant services through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding service offerings, pricing, and how to best utilize virtual assistant services.
• Address and resolve client concerns and complaints in a friendly and professional manner.
• Document customer interactions thoroughly, ensuring all queries are managed and followed up promptly.
• Collaborate with the virtual assistant team to ensure efficient service delivery and to address complex issues.
• Educate clients about best practices for working with virtual assistants and the tools available to facilitate the process.
• Gather feedback from clients to contribute to the ongoing improvement of services offered.

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a virtual assistance or administrative capacity.
• Strong communication skills, with a passion for customer satisfaction.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and standard office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work under pressure.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary.
