We are currently looking for a German Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Streaming TV & Movie Services Department. This exciting role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about television and film and enjoy helping customers navigate their entertainment options.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert customer support to German-speaking clients regarding streaming services, including account management, subscription inquiries, and technical issues through phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers in resolving any issues related to content access, playback problems, and device compatibility.
• Educate clients about features, promotions, and new releases to enhance their viewing experience.
• Document customer interactions accurately and follow up on any ongoing issues to ensure prompt resolution.
• Collaborate with technical support and product teams to address and resolve complex customer queries.
• Stay informed about industry trends, available content, and troubleshooting techniques to provide effective assistance.
• Gather feedback from customers to contribute to service improvements and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the entertainment or media industry, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
• Proficient in using customer support software and CRM systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer assistance.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
