Responsibilities

• Provide expert assistance to German-speaking clients in relation to online ticketing systems and event service needs.
• Help clients optimize their ticketing processes and enhance their overall event management strategies.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients' existing ticketing practices and suggest effective improvements.
• Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure successful implementation of customized ticketing solutions.
• Advise clients on compliance with local event regulations and associated legal requirements.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations within the online ticketing and events industry.
• Nurture strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and high-quality service delivery.

• Fluency in German and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Experience in online ticketing, event management, or a consulting role within the events sector.
• Strong understanding of ticketing platforms and best practices for event services.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to provide actionable insights.
• Strong communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly and effectively.
• Familiarity with project management tools and CRM systems is preferred.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
