French Speaking Customer Support for Home Appliances Department

We are currently looking for a French Speaking Customer Support Representative for the Home Appliances Department. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service and have a strong interest in home appliances.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to French-speaking clients concerning home appliances through phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries about product features, warranty information, and troubleshooting.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions accurately and maintain records of inquiries and resolutions.
• Collaborate with the technical support team to address complex product-related issues.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to offer informed support.
• Collect customer feedback to identify areas for service enhancement and improvement.

• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the home appliances or retail sector.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
• Proficient in using customer support software and standard office tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also functioning independently.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
