• Document customer inquiries and interactions accurately to enhance service quality.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve service excellence and share best practices.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on digital marketing trends and company offerings.

• Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated within your application.
