Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support in Hebrew to clients utilizing our virtual assistant services.
• Assist clients with inquiries, troubleshooting, and guiding them through the features of the virtual assistant.
• Record detailed notes of client interactions for future reference and improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Participate in training sessions to stay informed about virtual assistant trends and improvements.

• Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• An EU passport or residency is mandatory.
• Fluency in Hebrew (written and spoken) is a requirement for this role.
• Demonstrated commitment to delivering excellent customer support.
• Prior experience in customer support is valued but not mandatory.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills tailored for Hebrew-speaking clients.
• Collaborative team player with a proactive and helpful attitude.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
