Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer service to Hebrew-speaking customers requiring transportation assistance.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about public transport services and schedules.
  • Assist customers with ticketing, route planning, and any concerns or issues they may face.
  • Maintain a friendly and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Record customer interactions accurately for service improvement and tracking purposes.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve service objectives and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay informed about transport services and departmental updates.
