Your Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support to French-speaking users through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to ride-sharing services, solving issues and providing guidance.
• Document customer interactions accurately and efficiently in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and enhance overall user satisfaction.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay informed about product updates and industry trends.

• Fluency in French (written and spoken) is essential. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly state in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• A strong passion for customer service and the ride-sharing industry.
• Prior experience in customer support is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
