Your Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to real estate management, providing accurate information and assistance.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve service level objectives and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training to remain informed about property management practices and industry trends.

• Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential. Please state your nationality and native language in your application.
• Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service in the real estate sector.
• Previous experience in customer support, particularly in real estate, is a plus but not mandatory.
