Your Responsibilities

• Provide premium customer support to Dutch-speaking clients through various communication platforms, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding online pharmacy products and telemedicine services, ensuring accuracy and satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and improve overall customer experience.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on healthcare trends and product knowledge.

• Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential.
• A passionate commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Prior experience in customer support, particularly in healthcare or pharmacy, is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
