Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Care Engagement Coordinator to manage leads and support patient engagement from initial contact to appointment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and qualify inbound leads from marketing/referral channels in Salesforce
• Schedule consultations and ensure timely follow-up to improve conversion and patient satisfaction
• Deliver weekly reports on lead volume, conversion, and campaign performance

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of office administrative experience, preferably in a medical/dental/therapy office
• Experience with medical terminology, accounts receivable, insurance collections, or billing preferred
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid preferred
• Proficient in MS Office and databases
