Senior Product Manager - Consumer Engagement

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the complete product lifecycle including the strategy, the development, roadmap, and growth in value of the Pager Health product lines. Working with internal and external stakeholders, we will ensure Pager Health is perceived as innovative, effective, and the partner of choice when it comes to engaging consumers and helping them along their healthcare journeys. This role reports to the Director, Product Management.  

Responsibilities: 

  • Owning the product lifecycle for assigned products and features 
  • Manage and own multiple product solutions to deliver effectiveness, efficiency, superlative experiences, and innovation 
  • Ensure external and internal stakeholders understand the company's products and value proposition 
  • Work with end-users and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for product improvements 
  • Increase revenue opportunities through growth in features, use cases, and markets for product vertical 
  • Increase operational efficiency and effectiveness within the product vertical 

Essential Functions: 

  • Develop a deep awareness of competitive solutions in market  
  • Within your product vertical, translate product strategy and customer insights into a clear, actionable roadmap and prioritized backlogs 
  • Define detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with design, engineering, and data teams 
  • Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily standups to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery 
  • Serve as the day-to-day decision maker for the product team, making trade-offs and clarifying requirements in real time 
  • Partner closely with design and engineering during discovery and delivery phases to ensure feasibility and alignment 
  • Work with QA to define test cases, review bugs, and sign off on release readiness 
  • Collaborate with data teams to define success metrics, implement tracking, and analyze product usage 
  • Monitor feature and product performance post-launch, using metrics and user feedback to drive rapid iteration 
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution across marketing, customer success, and clinical teams for product launches 
  • Engage clients and stakeholders in needs and feedback discovery; Participate in client meetings to champion capabilities in applicable product vertical  
  • Maintain up-to-date product documentation, including release notes, user guides, and training materials for internal stakeholders 
  • Proactively identify execution risks and remove blockers to maintain momentum and team velocity 
  • Champion the voice of the user in day-to-day decision-making and backlog prioritization 

Qualifications: 

  • 7+ years of relevant product management experience in digital health or similar field   
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 
  • Strong experience in Enterprise SaaS 
  • Direct experience in product management and Agile methodologies, including defining & owning the product roadmap, design, and requirement management (Using Aha is a plus!) 
  • Experience in owning the product lifecycleincluding creation of a product launch plan and launching multiple products or services  
  • Well versed in creating user stories and prioritizing your specific product backlog 
  • Strong understanding of how to utilize data and outcomes for decision making 
  • Technical acumen to work on foundational SaaS capabilities with backend engineering teams 
  • Experience managing vendors 
  • Experience partnering with data scientists to build AI-driven features 

For Colorado, Nevada, New York, and Washington DC-based employment: In accordance with the Pay Transparency laws the pay range for this position is $130,000 to $141,000. The compensation package may include stock options, plus a range of medical, dental, vision, financial, generous PTO, stipends for professional development, and wellness benefits.  Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. The range listed only applies to Colorado, Nevada, New York, and Washington DC.
